Supriya Ray

Dr. Ray received his PhD in Systems Neuroscience from National Brain Research Centre (India) under supervision of Dr. A Murthy. Previously he earned a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Calcutta University (India). His post-doctoral training was with Prof. JD Schall at Vanderbilt University, Dr. SJ Heinen at The Smith-Kettlewell Eye Research Institute, and Dr. RM McPeek at State University of New York, all in USA. His lab at CBCS examines the neural mechanisms of decision making for coordinated eye-hand movements using three complementary techniques: human psychophysics, primate electrophysiology and computational modeling.
